Saori’s class is awesome, she has tremendous experiences of baking with fruit yeast. I had so many questions though, many tips and advices were given in the class. Even though it’s online class, overseas classroom with time difference is not easy, I am so appreciate with Saori that accepting my request of taking class from LA.
She gave me enough video tutorials prior the class. So I was able to do visuals learnings, not just written recipes. And quick turnarounds of questions and answers via LINE. That was also so much comfortable to learn. I am so happy to start learning fruit yeast private online class.
アメリカからのクラス参加です。材料を送って頂くことは難しいので、自分で酵母を作り、材料を調達しての参加になりました。事前にもたくさんの質問があったのですが里織先生にはとても親身に教えて頂き、昼夜問わずLINEで回答くださったのと、事前に細かな説明ビデオも見せて頂き、不安なく準備が出来ました。
日米で粉やフルーツの種類が違ったりとチャレンジはありますが逆にそこを楽しんで受講出来ています。
オンラインとはいえ、LAと日本の時差がある中で、クラスを開催してくださって本当に感謝です!これからも楽しみです。1年間お世話になります。
